Dr. A.C. Attard MRCS (London) 1978, LRCP

Dr. Attard did his undergraduate training at The University of Malta Medical School and qualified as a doctor in London in 1978.
He joined the medical practice at South Norwood Hill as a partner in January 1988 on the retirement of Dr. J. Booth.
Before joining the practice he worked in various London hospitals doing jobs in General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Accident & Emergency, Medicine and Geriatrics.
His clinical interests include; Sports Injuries and Trauma, Preventative Medicine, Diabetes and Child Development.
Dr. Attard is the Caldicott Guardian at South Norwood Hill Medical Centre. He oversees the upholding of patient confidentiality within the practice, the appropriate use of patient-identifiable information and issues that fall under the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.
Dr. J.O. Ojo MBBS (Benin) 1988, FRCS

Dr. Ojo graduated from the University of Benin, Nigeria in 1988.
He joined South Norwood Hill Medical Centre as a partner in December 1998 following the resignation of Dr. P. Critchley.
Previously, he worked in various hospitals in the UK doing jobs in ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Accident & Emergency, Psychiatry, General Medicine and Geriatrics.
His clinical interests are; ENT, Diabetes, Minor Surgery, Child Development and Trauma.
Dr. Ojo is the Clinical Governance and the Child Protection lead at South Norwood Hill Medical Centre. He runs the GP with-special-interest ENT clinic for the North Croydon Locality, holding weekly clinics at the Medical Centre.
Dr. Kalpna Shah MBBS (London) 2002 , MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP

Dr Shah graduated from St.Georges Hospital Medical School, University of London, in 2002.
She joined the practice in 2008, after Dr Cutler’s retirement.
She has worked as a salaried General Practitioner locally, and has had various experiences in hospital posts in General Medicine, Cardiology, Elderly Care, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Accident and Emergency.
Her clinical interests are Diabetes, Child Health, Woman’s Health and Family Planning.
Dr. Karthiga Gengatharan BSc (Hons), MBBS, MRCGP

After qualifying from St Georges Medical School, London, Karthiga undertook placements in general medicine, surgery, accident and emergency, psychiatry and paediatrics. She completed specialist General Practitioner training in 2009.
She has tutored medical students preparing for their final year medical examinations and has an interest in sports medicine.
She is an accomplished Veena musician and has played in and organised a number of charity events.
