Generally speaking you can expect patient confidentiality to be maintained at all times and we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. But due to the nature of the Internet it is not possible for South Norwood Medical Centre to guarantee the confidentiality or timely delivery of any email message received or any replies. We therefore recommend that any email communications you have with us are restricted to non-urgent and non-confidential matters.
