Arrangements for patients to speak to doctors and nurses on the telephone during the working day:

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone, please give the receptionists a telephone number where you can be contacted at the end of the morning or afternoon surgery, as appropriate.

It would be appreciated if you could give the receptionists the reason for your call to assist the doctor or nurse with their response.
